Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7th May 2026

This policy explains how Croxen & Co ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We operate as the Data Controller for the personal data processed through this website.

1. Who we are

Croxen & Co is a business coaching and consultancy based in London, UK.

  • Website: croxenandco.com

  • ICO Registration Number: ZB807788

  • Contact: adam.croxen@croxenandco.com

2. Information we collect

Contact form submissions When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We process this through Google Workspace.

Website usage data We use Framer Analytics to understand how people interact with our site. This tool is privacy-focused and does not use cookies, nor does it collect personal data or IP addresses. It provides us with aggregate information such as page views and general referral sources.

3. Why we collect this and legal basis

  • Enquiries: We process contact form data under Legitimate Interest. It is necessary for us to respond to your professional enquiry and discuss potential work.

  • Site Improvement: We use aggregate, non-identifiable usage data to understand which content is useful and to improve the site experience.

4. Cookies

This website does not use any non-essential cookies. Because we do not track you or use marketing pixels, we do not require a cookie consent banner.

5. Data transfers and sharing

We do not sell or trade your data. We use limited third-party "Data Processors" to run our business:

  • Google Workspace (Email and document storage)

  • Framer (Website hosting and privacy-first analytics)

International Transfers: As these providers are based in the US, your data may be transferred outside the UK. We ensure these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards approved under UK GDPR.

6. Retention

  • Enquiries: We keep contact form data for up to two years. If you become a client, data is retained for six years following the end of our engagement to meet professional and insurance requirements.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict its processing.

If you are unhappy with how we use your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), though we would appreciate the chance to resolve any concerns with you directly first.
